Fitness Boot Camp

Do you find yourself missing out on gym time due to a hectic work schedule? Does life often get in the way when you are trying to keep on track towards fitness goals? The affordable, challenging and fun CMC Fitness Boot Camp™ is for you! If you can commit to one hour in the evening, 2-3 times a week, then our coaches can get help you get the workouts you need to get, and stay, on track!

At CMC Personal Training Studio, Cinzia & Shawn are constantly looking for ways to make improvements. With the new CMC Fitness Boot Camps, that's precisely what we've done! We asked ourselves, "how can we improve on what is already a motivating and effective workout system?" When the answer came, it seemed so simple - make it possible for more people to take advantage of it!

Welcome to the new CMC Fitness Boot Camp! Tuesdays and Thursdays, one hour of fun, intense, and effective training. The best part - the price, only $150.00 for a 10 sessions puch card*, or $20.00 per single session. The camps are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of fitness levels -- there is something for everyone. To date, the youngest camper has been 11 and the oldest 59.

Campers are able to push each session to their personal limits -- limits they find expanded as they get energy and motivation from the rest of the group! Campers are reporting that they get motivation from, not only the trainers, but also other campers. Trainers have noticed a good deal of teamwork and rapport develop between the campers as they feed off of each other's energy and keep each other motivated.
