You will receive personalized one-on-one assistance from both Shawn and Cinzia from the beginning of your contest preparation, right through competition day. You will have the peace of mind knowing that someone who has been there before has you covered, you will avoid the common mistakes too often made by many beginning competitors.

Prices for personal training and nutrition sessions are the same as individual personal training session packages. Body building, fitness, figure and bikini posing instruction, when purchased separately, is $85.00 per one-hour session, or $800.00 for a package of 10. When you purchase a personal training package, Individual personal training sessions may be used for posing instruction.

Classes led by 2010 National Fitness Class Champion, IFBB Fitness Pro, NPC Judge, and Tanji Johnson's Save Fitness Coach, Cinzia Massaro Clapp in her private studio in downtown Eagle River.  Learn how to present yourself on stage with the poise and polish of a professional.

The small group setting allows you to better simulate the experience of being on stage in front of an audience and the feedback you will receive form Cinzia and the other ladies is invaluable.  All in Cinzia's private studio setting!

Go to your next competition prepared!  Learn posing from someone who knows what it takes to present the most complete package on stage - one of the top rated National Level Competitors in the U.S. 

Special attention will be given to: NPC & IFBB Mandatory Poses, walking on stage, pivots and turns, posture, and how to present the strengths of your physique and hide your weeknesses.
